Recruitment process & Employee Onboarding


  • Follow up with candidate, who is coming for interview
  • Getting form filling and rest formalities done before interview
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding
  • Smooth onboarding process — documentation, induction, and system setup.
  • Completing all Joining Formalities Forms, Official Email or CRM ID , Zoho People ID creation
  • Once documentation completes, files need to be courier to HO
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company-specific onboarding processes.


Employee Relations & Engagement


  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Share internal communications, circulars, and announcements.
  • Gather employee feedback and report to HR Head
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR-related concerns and escalate issues to the HR Manager as needed.
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive work environment


Exit Management


  • Once department handover is done, we need to collect proper System/ Laptop, Bags, ID Cards, Visiting Cards etc. Official assigned equipment’s and need to inform HO.


  • Getting signed and handover of FFS documents


General Administration


Office Administration & Maintenance


  • Ensure the office premises, infrastructure, and equipment are well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, and facility repairs.
  • Receiving and maintaining proper records of IT equipment (PC/Laptop/Mouse etc)
  • Manage AMC contracts for office assets (printers, ACs, etc.).


Vendor & Procurement Management


  • Identify and negotiate with vendors for office supplies and services.
  • Maintain records of purchases/ Invoice and ensure cost control. coordinate with accounts for payments.


Inventory & Asset Management


  • Maintain stock of stationery, pantry items, and office assets.
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and ensure optimal stock levels.


Travel & Logistics Management


  • Handle travel arrangements for employees (tickets, hotels, cabs).
  • Manage transportation for official visitors and staff.


Front Office & Visitor Management


  • Oversee reception operations — visitor handling, courier management, calls.
  • Maintain visitor logbook and communication registers.
  • Ensure professional representation of the organization at the front desk.
