Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for Accounts & Finance Management, Human Resources & People Operations, and Administrative & Coordination Tasks. Your role involves creating and managing monthly expense sheets, handling reimbursement, invoice management, and basic bookkeeping. Additionally, you will manage the hiring processes, maintain attendance and leave records, oversee onboarding and training of new team members, and draft and implement HR policies and code of conduct. You will also ensure smooth communication between teams of different brands, handle vendor coordination and contracts, and support in organizing internal events, meetings, and trainings. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage monthly expense sheets and budget tracking - Handle reimbursement, invoice management, and basic bookkeeping - Manage hiring processes, screening resumes, scheduling interviews - Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database - Oversee onboarding, documentation, and training of new team members - Draft, update, and implement HR policies and code of conduct - Ensure smooth communication between teams of different brands - Handle vendor coordination, contracts, and basic office administration - Support in organizing internal events, meetings, and trainings Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or HR - Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, Tally (preferred), and HR tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking - Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced, multi-brand environment What You'll Get: You will have the opportunity to work across three exciting and growing brands in a creative, collaborative, and flexible work environment.
