Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process:
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
• Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
• Following up with candidates and interviewers
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation
• Support various HR operational tasks including:
• Attendance tracking and leave management
• Preparation of HR letters and documentation
• Maintaining employee files and records
• Assist in planning employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR and admin-related tasks
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

An ideal candidate would be a:

• Recent graduates or final-year students in

  HR, Business Administration, Psychology

  , or a related field
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
