Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports for tracking and analysis
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization is a plus but not mandatory
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience
are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers
Willingness to take on
bulk hiring responsibilities
and manage extended working hours when required
Highly
goal-oriented
, with the drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets
Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, dedicated, and eager to learn modern recruitment practices
Salary - Negotiable
6 working days with one week off
