Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with minimum 1 year of experience in international hiring to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top global talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of diverse hiring markets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Strategy

  • • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for international roles.
  • • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking groups, and other sourcing tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • • Conduct market research on talent availability and hiring trends across global regions.

2. End-to-End Recruitment

  • • Manage the entire recruitment cycle: job posting, screening applications, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and final selection.
  • • Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.

3. Candidate Management

  • • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • • Provide timely updates, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth joining process.
  • • Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education

  • • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Graduate mandatory).

Experience

  • • Minimum 1 year of experience in international Bulk hiring (mandatory).
  • • Experience with talent acquisition for BPO, IT, non-IT, or global corporate roles (as applicable).
  • Skills & Competencies
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • • Strong understanding of global recruitment market and cultural trends.
  • • Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • • Time management and ability to handle multiple international requirements simultaneously.
  • • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
