Human Resource Recruiter

Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and experiences to ensure they align with job requirements- Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience- Maintain candidate databases and utilize recruitment tools to track progress and measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to promote the organization's brandRequired Qualifications
