We are having an immediate opening for a HR Recruiter Role in Coimbatore Location

• Talent Sourcing:

   Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Screening & Interviews:

   Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Client Management:

   Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

• Offer Negotiation:

   Manage the offer process, including negotiations, to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to employment.

• Market Research:

   Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advise clients and candidates effectively.

• Database Management:

   Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure an organized recruitment process.

• Onboarding Support:

   Assist in the onboarding process for hired candidates to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.

• Relationship Building:

   Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients to promote long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on FTE or C2H positions preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
