Roles and Responsibilities l Ability to handle end to end recruitment cycle effectively. l Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. l To ensure that candidate profiles/skills match the Job Description/Organizational needs. l Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers. l Conduct references checks and background screenings as necessary. l Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees. l Individual file creation and master creation for new joiners on daily basis. l Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Desired Candidate Profile l Master's degree in human resources or a related field. l Skilled in all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, networking, screening, interviewing, and hiring. l Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and interpersonal skills l Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring process. Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
