Position: HR Recruiter Location: Kalyani Nagar Pune Experience: 6 Months to 2years preferred Employment Type: Full-Time Immediate Joiner About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract and hire top talent aligned with our companys needs and culture. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports Negotiate job offers and close positions within defined timelines Assist in employer branding and talent acquisition strategies Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities
