Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and suggest process improvements.
Comfortable working with
HRIS
and other
HR technologies;
interest in automation and
AI-driven tools is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and with employees at all levels.
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
A proactive, accountable approach to work with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Support:
manage the full cycle of HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes and maintaining personnel files.
Data Accuracy & Compliance:
ensure data integrity and timely updates across HR systems to support compliance, reporting, and decision-making.
Process Improvement
: identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve workflows with a focus on simplification and efficiency.
Employee Experience:
Support employees and managers by providing timely, accurate information and guidance during lifecycle events.
Accountability:
Take ownership of assigned processes, ensuring deadlines are met and service levels are consistently high.
