Position: Manager Talent Acquisition (Retail/Retail Pharmacy) Location: Chennai Salary: Best in Industry Experience: Min 10+ years into Volume Hiring and 5+years into leadership role Qualification: Any Graduation / PG Preferably Immedate joiners Gender : Preferably Male (flexible to travel) Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment , ensuring quality hires and efficient processes. Drive high-volume hiring while optimizing key recruitment metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand talent needs and pipeline planning. Leverage innovative sourcing techniques (social media, referrals, job portals). Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent. Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team . Utilize HR analytics for data-driven decision-making. Drive diversity and inclusion in hiring. Qualifications: 10+ years in recruitment, 5+ years in leadership (Retail/Retail Pharmacy). Expertise in large-scale hiring and talent acquisition strategies. Strong knowledge of ATS, recruitment software, and data analytics . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment . Preferred: Experience in store operations, corporate retail, or pharmacy hiring . HR or Talent Acquisition certifications . Workforce planning and pipeline management expertise. Interested?
