Job Description

We are looking for a Head of HR to lead and manage the recruitment process and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR policies, compliance, and strategic workforce planning. This role requires strong leadership skills to drive organizational growth and a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent. Develop strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements. HR Operations & Compliance: Manage employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to streamline operations. Performance Management & Employee Engagement: Establish and oversee performance appraisal processes. Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture. Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment. Learning & Development: Identify training needs and implement employee development programs. Organize workshops, leadership training, and skill enhancement programs. Workforce Planning & HR Strategy: Analyze workforce trends and forecast hiring needs. Develop HR strategies to support business objectives and growth. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization. HR Technology & Process Optimization: Implement HR software (HRMS) to automate and enhance HR functions. Identify process improvements for better efficiency and employee satisfaction. Key Requirements: Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management, recruitment, and operations. Skills: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, compliance, payroll, HR policies, and employee engagement.
