Role Description This is a full-time role for a Human Resource Manager at The Royal Retreat Resort and Spa, Udaipur. The Human Resource Manager will oversee daily HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. This is an on-site role, and the candidate is expected to be based in Udaipur. Qualifications Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Strong understanding of performance management processes and training & development strategies Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage employee benefits programs Proficiency in developing HR policies and procedures Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Show more Show less
