Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including attendance tracking, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee record management . The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and able to maintain a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Compliance Mark attendance as per company policy and ensure proper leave tracking. Maintain and organize employee records, KYC, and HR filing systems . Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies . Manage Blue-Collar Workforce & Labor Relations Handle attendance, payroll, and grievance resolution for blue-collar employees (welders, fabricators, laborers, etc.). Effectively communicate with mostly uneducated workers , ensuring they understand company policies and procedures. Ensure discipline, compliance, and workforce efficiency in the factory and retail operations. Build a trust-based relationship with workers while maintaining company standards. Recruitment & Hiring Create job descriptions and manage job postings across platforms. Screen and shortlist candidates for interviews. Maintain a database of candidates and past employees . Payroll & Compensation Prepare payroll based on attendance, leaves, and deductions. Manage salary slips, PF, ESIC, and other benefits . Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution Handle grievances and conflicts among employees. Foster a positive work culture and engagement activities . Key Requirements Experience & Skills: 2+ years of experience in HR roles. Proficiency in attendance management, payroll processing, and recruitment . Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance . Experience in maintaining HR databases and employee records . Good command of MS Excel, HR software, and documentation . Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA in HR, or equivalent experience . Personality Traits: Strong communication and people management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
