ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee recruitment, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding. Ensure diversity and fairness. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, maintain communication between staff and management, and enforce policies. Performance Management: Manage performance reviews, provide coaching, and coordinate training for skill development. Payroll & Attendance : Design compensation structures, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with wage laws. Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labour laws and workplace safety regulations. Handle legal documents and disputes. Qualification 1. Preferred female HR Candidate. 2. MBA in HR with 7-8 years’ experience of handling HR gamut and a Generic Profile 3. Must be able to work independently
