Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and hiring new employees. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Employee Relations : Address employee grievances and conflicts, mediate resolutions, and promote a positive work environment. Provide guidance on HR-related matters to staff and management. Performance Management : Implement and manage the performance appraisal system. Assist in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback for employee development. Training & Development : Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees to enhance skills and performance. Compliance & Policies : Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Compensation & Benefits : Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation planning to ensure competitiveness and compliance with company standards. Employee Engagement : Develop and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention. HR Reporting : Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and performance. Team Leadership : Manage a small team of HR professionals (if applicable), ensuring that HR functions run smoothly and effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education : Any Graduate (HR specialization or relevant field is preferred). Experience : 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a solid understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and labor laws. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Leadership : Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage employee relationships, guide teams, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives. Problem-Solving : Ability to handle complex employee issues, resolve conflicts, and make decisions with a focus on organizational goals. Organizational Skills : Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. HR Software : Proficiency with HRMS, payroll software, and MS Office Suite. Confidentiality : High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters. Preferred Skills: Experience in a managerial role or team leadership. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus. Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
