Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment: draft job descriptions, post openings on job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri), screen resumes, coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics: prepare offer letters, collect documentation, run orientation sessions and ensure completion of joining formalities.
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records: update databases, attendance/leave records, and generate routine HR reports.
  • Assist in Payroll.
Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 0–1 year internship or entry-level exposure to HR operations, recruitment, or campus HR.
  • Proven communication skills (written & verbal) in English and ability to interact professionally.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (tables, basic formulas), Google Workspace and familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, ethical handling of employee data and basic understanding of HR compliance.
