Internship Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our HR team in Ichalkaranji. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for individuals passionate about Human Resources to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions within a dynamic organizational setting. The intern will support daily HR operations, learn about recruitment processes, HR administration, employee engagement, and contribute to fostering a positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. HR Administration & Documentation: Support in maintaining accurate employee records (physical and digital files) and ensure data confidentiality. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing welcome kits, completing documentation, and introducing them to company policies. Help in drafting HR-related letters, memos, and other official communication. Assist in managing attendance records and leave applications. Employee Engagement & Relations: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives. Assist in internal communication efforts, such as preparing newsletters or updates for employees. Learn about basic employee relations principles and support the HR team in addressing employee queries. Learning & Development Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops for employees. Help in maintaining training records and feedback. Payroll & Compliance Support (Basic): Assist in gathering basic data for payroll processing (e.g., attendance records, leave data). Learn about basic labor laws and compliance requirements relevant to the organization. General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed. Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas. Undertake any ad-hoc HR projects or tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
