Role & responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across the organization.
We are looking for some who can recruit candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar
positions.
Make cold calls to potential candidates, introducing job opportunities and encouraging them to apply.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Help manage job postings and applications on various platforms.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for role .
Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks related to on boarding and recruitment documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil (written and spoken).
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Candidates from within Chennai only apply.
Candidates only available for full time internship for two months apply.
