Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Help in drafting HR policies and documents. Assist in organizing HR-related events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions. Coordinate with various departments to gather HR-related information. Handle general HR administrative tasks and office documentation. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational practices.
