Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction activities. Assist in planning and organizing HR events, training programs, and employee engagement activities. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and other relevant documentation.
