Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Handle employee queries with professionalism and discretion.
• Participate in special HR projects and organizational initiatives.
