Human Resource Intern

As an HR Intern at Nukrishi, you will have the opportunity to gain practical exposure in various aspects of Human Resources. You will be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will support onboarding and induction procedures, maintain HR records, and assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR activities. Your role will also involve coordinating with internal teams for day-to-day HR operations and supporting policy implementation and compliance. Qualifications Required: - Students pursuing/completed BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR or related fields. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR functions. - Good organizational and coordination abilities.
