Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Management Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

• Help organize employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.

• Assist with HR documentation, compliance, and policy implementation.

• Support performance management processes and surveys.

• Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and employee experience.
