Operations : To manage and streamline the onboarding process for new hires and support the Exit Process including the exit formalities, fnf settlement and issuance of experience letters. Engagement : Support HRBP for an employee engagement activities. Administrative Task : Handle Employee files, preparation and maintain of employee data.
