Job Title: HR Intern Location: Dr Reddys Foundation Number of Openings: 2 Stipend: Up to 6,000 per month Duration: 3 months (Full-time, In-office) ________________________________________ Roles and Responsibilities: As an HR intern, your day-to-day tasks will include: 1. Sourcing Profiles: Identifying and sourcing candidates for various positions. 2. Screening and Scheduling Interviews: Shortlisting candidates and coordinating interview schedules. 3. Candidate Coordination: Managing communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 4. Report Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of various reports using Excel to track recruitment and HR activities. 5. Support to HR Team: Helping the HR team with additional tasks and follow-up activities as required. ________________________________________ Desired Candidate Profile: Languages: Proficiency in both English and Hindi (spoken) and English (written). Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Strong skills in Mail Drafting and business communication.
