Role & responsibilities : Management & Centralized Repository Creation : Develop and maintain a comprehensive JD Library on sharepoint to streamline the organization and tracking of job descriptions. Establish a centralized JD repository for easy access and management, facilitating consistency across the organization - AI Integration: Collaborate with Gen AI to enhance the clarity and relevance of existing job descriptions, ensuring they meet current market standards. - Market Mapping: Conduct targeted LinkedIn mapping to identify potential candidates for Business Development (BD) and Sales Development (SD) roles, enhancing our sourcing strategies. - Process Improvement Analysis: Evaluate the current Talent Acquisition process to identify opportunities for AI integration and process enhancements. - Final Presentation: Conclude the internship with a presentation summarizing insights, recommendations, and contributions to the department
