Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR documentation and compliance-related tasks.
  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling
  • interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize and coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Contribute to performance management and training processes.
  • Participate in HR projects and take initiative in process improvement.
  • Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business
  • Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
