Job Description

As an HR Intern at Brandintelle, you will get the opportunity to work across multiple HR functions, gaining a holistic understanding of HR generalist responsibilities. Your key tasks will include: 1. Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases. Help with document management and HR compliance. Support payroll and attendance tracking activities. 2. Learning & Development (L&D): Assist in planning and organizing training sessions and workshops. Track employee participation and gather feedback on training programs. Support the development of learning materials. 3. Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, team-building events, and celebrations. Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze results. Help create initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture. 4. Employee & Employer Branding: Support internal communication efforts, including newsletters and social media updates. Assist in developing employer branding strategies to enhance the company s reputation. Contribute to content creation for recruitment marketing initiatives. 5. HR Policy & Compliance: Help in updating HR policies and procedures as needed. Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes. Who We Are Looking For: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.
