Job Title: HR Intern Reports to: HR Manager Location: Bangalore Job Type: Internship( 3 to 6) Months Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. As an HR Intern, you will assist in various HR functions, including documentation, offer generation, onboarding, and background verification. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to the growth and development of our organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Documentation: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Assist in preparing and updating HR documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures. 2. Offer Generation: - Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates. - Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and accurate offer generation. - Maintain records of offer letters and candidate responses. 3. Onboarding: - Coordinate with hiring managers and new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process. - Prepare and provide necessary documents and information to new hires. - Ensure compliance with company onboarding procedures. 4. Background Verification: - Assist in conducting background verification checks on new hires. - Coordinate with third-party vendors or internal teams to ensure timely completion of background checks. - Maintain records of background verification results. 5. Additional Tasks: - Assist in other HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration. - Provide support to the HR team in various HR initiatives and projects. Requirements: 1. Education: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Skills: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic knowledge of HR systems and software (e.g., HRIS, recruitment software). 3. Experience: - Prior experience in HR or a related field is not required, but an interest in HR is essential. What We Offer: 1.
