Onboarding New Employees : HR interns help with the onboarding process for new hires, which includes preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring that new employees complete necessary paperwork. Employee Relations : They support employee relations by addressing employee queries, assisting with conflict resolution, and helping to implement company policies and procedures. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive work environment. Training and Development : HR interns may assist in organizing training sessions, preparing training materials, and evaluating employee performance. This involvement helps them gain insights into employee development processes. Data Management : They gather payroll data, assist in payroll processing, and help prepare HR-related reports. This ensures that the HR department operates efficiently and effectively. Administrative Support : To support HR Team in updating employee database and to coordinate with employees across locations for any administrative support in fulfilling HR Process complainces. Requirements 1. Qualification: MBA/ MHRM/ MSW - 2024/ 2025 pass outs 2. Previous Experience : 0-1 Yrs of work experience or internship experience in HR Skills needed 1. Must be enthusiastic and have good English communication skills (oral and written) 2. Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 4.
