Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders. Support the development and maintenance of effective recruitment strategies. Learning and Development: Contribute to the planning and execution of training programs and workshops aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge. Assist in the coordination of employee development initiatives, including onboarding activities and mentorship programs. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to learning and development. Sourcing Profiles for Job Openings: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates for open positions. Maintain a candidate pipeline and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly. Collaborate with the HR team to implement effective sourcing strategies. Building Personal and Company Brand: Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media platforms, career websites, and other channels to promote the company's culture and values. Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities. Requirements Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or ATS is a plus. Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the HR function. Benefits Paid Internship.
