Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective HR operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process. Analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment processes. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws (LWF) regulations. 6-11 years of experience in HR Operations or Recruitment role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Sheets or similar platforms.
