Job Description

Role & responsibilities . Ensure the complete general administration and Over all monitoring of administrative activity for smooth functioning. Responsible for HR and Admin related vendors management, Vendors Payments. Serves on various internal committees as necessary. Manage statutory welfares like canteen, Creche, Doctors room, Ambulance, drinking water etc. Coordinate employee transport and monitor its effectiveness including budget and cost compliance. Oversee plant security function and sustain its effectiveness. Prepares budget for the Administration Function. Manage Guest hospitality i.e. hotel booking, vehicle arrangement, welcome bouquet, food etc. Recruitment of Associates, Training, PMS
