Looking for HR professionals with experience in end-to-end BPO hiring and basic HR generalist activities. The role includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, handling walk-ins, and maintaining recruitment reports.
End to End BPO (US Voice Process)
Screening and shortlisting candidates
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
Handling walk-in drives
Maintaining hiring trackers and daily reports
Basic HR generalist activities (as required)
1 to 5 years of experience in BPO hiring (mandatory)
Strong English communication skills
Must have a two-wheeler
Flexible with shift timings
No freshers
Position 1:
3 - 5 yrs | 12 PM 9 PM | 30k45k
Position 2:
12 yrs | 10 AM 7 PM | 20k25k
Position 3:
12 yrs | 6 PM – 3 AM | 20k–25k
