Role & responsibilities Identify best practices / process re-engineering opportunities and implement these HR initiatives across the teams in Operations. Providing leadership and ensuring a high level of motivation at process level. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee grievances. Ensure the management follows the set process of skip level & one on one meeting with their team members. Drive programs on retention and succession planning on organization level. Maintain employee count report, filing work, joining and documentation. Monthly planning and executing employee engagement activities. Responsible for exit management. Willing to work in the night shift / US timings.
