About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Professional to join our growing EdTech organization. The ideal candidate should bring end-to-end HR expertise across recruitment, operations, and generalist responsibilities, ensuring smooth HR functioning and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle HR operations including payroll coordination, compliance, and documentation.
Act as a generalist by supporting employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.
Develop and implement HR policies to support organizational goals.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support business leaders in HR matters.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of HR experience (recruitment, operations, generalist).
Strong understanding of HR processes and labor compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 6-day work environment.
Female candidates preferred.
