Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and exit formalities
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
Collaborate with departments to address HR concerns and support business functions
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies
Monitor attendance, leave records, and performance evaluation systems
Support employee welfare and learning & development programs
Coordinate with external consultants and service providers as needed
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
Must have worked with not more than 2 companies in the past
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor law compliance
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Male candidates preferred
Natives of Trichy are strongly preferred
