Are you a recent graduate with a passion for people, organization, and growth? We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team and support various HR functions.

Role: HR Executive (Fresher)
Location: Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain HR documentation and records
• Support employee engagement and communication activities
• Help in organizing training & development sessions
• Learn and work with HR tools and systems

Required Technical Skill Set:

• MS Office Suite / Google Workspace – Proficiency in Excel (data entry, filtering, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HR Tools/Software – Exposure to or eagerness to learn HRIS systems like Keka, Zoho People, Freshteam, or similar.
• Recruitment Platforms – Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Data Handling & Reporting – Maintaining records, generating reports, and organizing employee information.
• Email & Calendar Tools – Gmail/Outlook and scheduling tools for interview coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
