HR Executive – Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Draft and post job descriptions across free and paid job portals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate applicant suitability.
• Facilitate informed and timely hiring decisions.

2. Onboarding & Training

• Coordinate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Organize and support training programs and development initiatives.
• Ensure new employees are well-versed with company policies and procedures.

3. Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts with professionalism.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Encourage clear and consistent communication across departments.

4. Performance Management

• Oversee implementation of performance appraisal systems.
• Assist in setting measurable goals and KPIs for employees.
• Provide regular performance feedback and improvement support.
• Manage underperformance with appropriate action plans.

5. Compensation & Benefits

• Develop and maintain fair and competitive compensation structures.
• Administer employee benefits programs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with internal equity and market standards.

6. Legal Compliance

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
• Address employment-related legal issues as required.

7. HR Policy Development

• Draft, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Align policies with company values and business objectives.

8. Workplace Safety & Health

• Promote workplace health and safety practices.
• Maintain a compliant and hazard-free work environment.

9. Employee Engagement & Well-being

• Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Plan wellness activities, recognition programs, and team-building events.

10. Strategic HR Planning

• Align HR practices with organizational goals and long-term strategies.
• Contribute to the company’s growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Preferred Gender: Female
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in using free job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A growth mindset and commitment to long-term career development.
