Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Maintain and update HR records and documentation. • Assist in policy development, payroll coordination, and HR operations. • Conduct and support employee engagement and training programs. • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams. • Ensure HR compliance and maintain confidentiality. Skills Required: • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong multitasking and time management abilities • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Social media proficiency for sourcing candidates • Positive attitude and willingness to learn Eligibility Criteria: • Qualification: Any Degree • Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply) • Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Saturday)
