Job Description

Source, screen, and hire faculty, trainers, and administrative staff. Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions. Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees. Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. Organize team-building activities, workshops, and employee engagement programs. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Handle payroll coordination and benefits administration. Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback mechanisms. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Work closely with trainers to assess and improve teaching effectiveness. Requirements Bacheloror Masterdegree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the EdTech or education sector . Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and ATS platforms .
