Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment , from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and induction. Ensure a smooth onboarding offboarding process, handling documentation, background verification, and exit formalities. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Wellfound. HR Operations and Leave Management: Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Oversee leave management , attendance tracking, and payroll coordination. Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and compliance. Performance Management and Employee Engagement Drive performance management initiatives , ensuring timely goal-setting and reviews. Collaborate with leadership to implement engagement activities that boost retention. Collect and analyze employee feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction. Office Administration and Culture Building: Oversee office management , including vendor coordination and administrative support. Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and foster a great work culture. Organize team-building activities and wellness programs. What we are looking for: 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and office administration . Strong understanding of HR processes, performance management, and compliance . Proficiency in HR tools ATS platforms (Keka.). Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment .
