Job Description: ________________________________________ HR Executive Employee Engagement Experience: 3-4 years Division: Employee Engagement Role: Induction & Employee Engagement Activities Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture. • Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new employees. • Organize internal events, team-building initiatives, and employee recognition programs. • Collaborate with various teams to drive participation in engagement initiatives. • Maintain employee engagement metrics and prepare reports. • Create and deliver presentations for employee programs. Key Skills: Communication, Public Speaking, Confidence, Presentation, Outspoken Good to Have: Content Writing/Creation Remarks: Candidates with HR backgrounds preferred, but we can also consider those from Mass Media, Journalism, BPO, or Event Management. ________________________________________ HR Trainee – Employee Engagement Experience: 3-6 months Role: HRMS, LMS, Documentation & Miscellaneous Tasks Key Responsibilities: • Maintain HR databases (HRMS, LMS, MIS) and ensure data accuracy. • Assist in the documentation of HR processes, policies, and reports. • Support HR operations related to employee engagement and administrative tasks. • Work on digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for HR presentations. • Assist in organizing HR engagement initiatives. Key Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva Experience in Database Management, MIS, HRMS. ________________________________________ HR Trainee – Learning & Development (L&D) Experience: 3-6 months Role: Learning & Development Support Key Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and scheduling training programs. • Support in LMS (Learning Management System) administration and training documentation. • Work with trainers and HR teams to coordinate learning sessions. • Develop training presentations and basic content creation. • Maintain records of training attendance and effectiveness.
