Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other available tools.Manage end-to-end recruitment process for plant-level roles (screening, interviews, onboarding).Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling.Process payroll inputs including overtime, deductions, and variable pay components.Handle performance management coordination and documentation.Address employee grievances and escalate as required.Statutory Compliance:Ensure timely compliance with all applicable labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, ESI, PF, Bonus Act, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.).Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements.Coordinate with consultants or internal teams for filing of ESI, PF, PT, and other statutory returns.Handle labor inspections and liaise with government authorities when needed.Keep track of contract labor compliance (CLRA), and ensure third-party vendors comply with legal norms.
