Job Summary: The ideal candidate will assist in various HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the HR team, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, maintaining employee records, handling employee queries, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing: Handle end-to-end recruitment for frontline and support staff, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and issuing offer letters. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for manpower planning and timely hiring as per operational requirements. Liaise with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other channels to attract suitable talent. 2. Onboarding & Documentation: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires including pre-joining formalities, documentation verification, ID card issuance, induction, and orientation programs. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and physical files. Coordinate with IT/Admin for provisioning of systems, uniforms, and access as required . 3. Attendance Management & Payroll Coordination: Monitor daily attendance using biometric and other attendance systems. Prepare and share monthly attendance data with the payroll team within defined timelines. Verify and ensure accuracy of leave records, shift schedules, and overtime data. Address and resolve attendance discrepancies or queries from employees. 4. Learning & Development Coordination: Coordinate with the Learning & Development team for training schedules, employee nominations, and training logistics. Track participation and maintain training records of employees. Gather feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness. 5. Grievance Handling & Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees for any workplace concerns, grievances, or issues. Ensure timely resolution of grievances in line with company policies and procedures. Escalate complex cases to senior HR as required and support in investigations. Foster a positive employee experience by ensuring open communication and trust. 6. Employee Engagement & Welfare: Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives and events in coordination with central HR. Celebrate festivals, birthdays, and other milestones to enhance employee morale. Conduct employee feedback surveys and assist in action planning. 7. Administration & Facility Management: Oversee office administration including maintenance, housekeeping, stationery, uniforms, and pantry management. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards at the workplace. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for admin-related requirements. Support in managing licenses, renewals, and statutory compliance for the branch . 8. HR Reporting & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date reports and dashboards related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, employee records, etc. Ensure adherence to statutory and company HR policies. Support audits by providing relevant data and documentation. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in hospitality Industry or Aviation Industry Familiarity with HRMS/Payroll systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
