Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HRBP who can align HR Strategies with business objectives and drive transformational, HR initiatives in one of Bangalore's most reputed hospitals. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to management aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Lead change management efforts to drives cultural and operational transformation. Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and retention. Develop and implement HR Policies, workforce planning, and leadership development programs. Work closely with senior leadership to address organizational challenges and enhance workplace culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Key Requirements: 6+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in healthcare. MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred. Proven expertise in strategic HR, change management and organizational development. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Please Note - Kannada Language is Mandatory.
