Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Global Capability Center (GCC)

Location: Siruseri, Chennai, India

Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Generalist/HRBP roles

Education: MBA in HR or equivalent Full time

Role Summary

The HR Business Partner will support the clients GCC leadership team by managing HR processes starting from onboarding and continuing through the employee lifecycle as per TCS HR policies and practices. This role focuses on employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR governance for a rapidly scaling global delivery center.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Induction:

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct induction programs and cultural orientation sessions.

• Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

• Drive engagement initiatives such as town halls, surveys, and team-building activities.
• Implement communication strategies to strengthen GCC branding and employee connect.

• Performance Management & Development:

• Facilitate goal-setting, appraisal processes, and career development plans.
• Support learning and development programs for GCC employees.

• Policy Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and GCC governance standards.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes.

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Prepare HR dashboards and provide insights for decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
