Human Resource Business Partner

Experian, Hyderabad is looking for a best-in-class HR Business Partner to join our team. You will play an integral role in driving a high-performance culture in a cutting edge, fast paced, and transforming business. This position provides HR consultation and direction in people strategy, change management, and leadership development.

The HR Business Partner will work in a fast paced, complex, matrix culture and will need to partner with functional experts in HR across several regions to deliver on specific needs and projects. You will partner with multiple senior leaders and stakeholders that manage team members across multiple global regions.

Areas of focus for this position

• Working closely with business leaders to understand their needs to provide tailored HR solutions.
• Implementing HR policies and practices within departments, ensuring compliance to labour laws and regulations and promoting a positive work environment that aligns with organisational goals and employee needs.
• Providing guidance and support to People Leaders on talent management, performance management and employee relations
• Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that HR initiatives support overall business performance.
• Acting as a liaison between HR and other departments, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring that HR policies and practices are effectively implemented.
• Managing initiatives / projects aligned to organisational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree with 6+ years of HR Experience Ability to problem solve, identify, define, and have the resilience to drive a good outcome. Ability to manage multiple expectations and projects at the same time. Demonstrates outstanding teamwork, people first approach, caring about our reputation and priorities and always assuming positive intent, displaying great energy, passion, and drive in everything they do
