Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee grievances and engagement through regular meetings, surveys, and feedback sessions. Develop HR policies, strategies, and initiatives to improve employee retention and welfare. Implement performance management systems to track employee progress and provide constructive feedback. Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Handle exit processes by conducting exit interviews and providing support during transitions. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in an HR generalist role with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, HR policies, employee grievances, employee welfare. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization). Proven skills in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
